"changing NCP from a mainly property owning company into a more service-focused organisation in the broader transport sector."

"with 3i saying it would continue to grow NCP as a service-oriented and public-outsourcing company"

These passages seem to me to be obscure in meaning. Can anyone explain what they mean and what practical consequences of these policies were? Would a user of the car parks have noted any change?Spinney Hill (talk) 10:30, 2 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Since last December no-one has come forward to defend or translate these sections so I have "been bold" and made some alterations myself, removing some sections which appeared redundant and attempting translations myself. However I have been stumped by " mobile parking consolidators." Can anybody help with what this means.?Spinney Hill (talk) 08:59, 21 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
