History section has rather a recent start

No history is given prior to the 2019 declaration of emergency. In particular I am wondering why the county's biggest growth spurt came in the 1950s? This is highly unusual for a US county.Amyzex (talk) 21:13, 3 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
