WikiProject quality and importance assessment

Every now and then one comes across a Wikipedia article that deserves an explanation for its assessment grading. I have rated this as Start class because there is not much more that one can really say about this sort of mistake. Consequently the Wikipedia article is going to be relatively small in any case. Can it be improved? Certainly! However, the article does cover the basics: Who? What? Where? When? Why? and "How?" the mistake has happened and it has several citations to support the article. So, I think the article has moved beyond being just a stub. It can possibly be improved since it doesn't really cover the aftermath of the mistake or if drivers got away with their offending or paid fines. Nor does it explain if there is a standard for the relevant documents and the relevant law in relation to the use of these documents in Ireland. So there is room for expansion, as the sources contain information not yet in the article, but there is probably not too much more to say about this subject. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 01:41, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Cameron Dewe, I agree with your start class assessment. Would be good if you could remove stub tags when you rate articles to be in a higher class. Keep up your good work. Schwede66 01:52, 21 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Schwede66: Thanks for the suggestion. I will keep an eye out for those Stub templates at the bottom of articles and remove them if I see that articles are no longer stubs. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 02:01, 21 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

General: Article is new enough and long enough

Policy compliance:

Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
Image: Image is freely licensed, used in the article, and clear at 100px.
QPQ: Done.

Overall: I have issues with the lack of structure, the single lump of text. As it is, the article still seems stubish. A sentence or two for a lead, and an added section title would do wonders. Also, article needs cite(s) for first para. 3.8% per Earwig vios (inconsequential). Hook is mostly in second para, but "worst violator" is in the first--which is uncited. I am passing the pic on AGF, but am uneasy about the Personality Rights Warning. I would like to add this funny little article has an April foolishness about it. "Alleged criminal." HA! Cracks me up. Thank you! I've tried to add sections and have a short lead, and moved around some cites – hopefully the article is okay now? And yes, this does seem like a bad April Fools joke... Wasn't sure if "(alleged criminal)" was the best way to distinguish the article, but I can't think of any better alternatives... —🎄☃️❄️ Season's greetings from AFreshStart (talk) ❄️☃️🎄 15:18, 23 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Wow! What a difference. GTG. As for "alleged criminal", it's true...and funnier than hell.Georgejdorner (talk) 23:22, 25 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Prawo Jazdy (alleged criminal)Prawo Jazdy (suspected criminal) – I think "suspected" might make more sense here. Perhaps Prawo Jazdy (mistaken identity), Prawo Jazdy (Irish policing), or simply Prawo Jazdy (error). The current terminology implies it is an actual person, which is inaccurate. --Cerebral726 (talk) 16:27, 28 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Cerebral726 You're right; I think "mistaken identity" is the best option here. QueenofBithynia (talk) 16:45, 28 July 2022 (UTC) Stricken - support VQuakr's suggestion below instead —QueenofBithynia (talk) 06:10, 4 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
