I think there's a lot more to be said about smoking in France, since tobacco has played a large role in the country's history and pop culture. True (talk) 00:56, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I have no idea what the hell is meant by "unlicensed use". There are AREAS such as public buildings, restaurants, workplaces etc. where you cannot smoke. This is what is fined. There are no licenses involved. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.58.246.135 (talk) 10:11, 5 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
