Relationship with Rest article

Why do we have both a Rest article and a Tacet article if a tacet is simply a rest? Jojalozzo (talk) 01:57, 2 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I suppose "Tacet" could be merged into "Rest (music)". If you want to pursue this, I suggest you mention this at Talk:Rest (music) – that page seems to be more active than this one. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 03:12, 2 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
