order and relevance

Two issues: (1) Shouldn't "Maple" be listed before "Mathematica", if we stick to alphabetical order, for "political correctness"? (and given that the "Maple" section is short enough as to see immediately the beginning of the Mathematica section that would follow it immediately). Or is the current order chosen in view of another criterium, e.g., number/volume of the tensor-specific packages?

(2) Are the Matlab packages for "deep learning" really relevant ?! — MFH:Talk 15:25, 30 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
