Maybe it was, but it certainly isn't right now. I don't get any message about this being on the blacklist. As for the diacritics, it's unclear. This person appears to have online accounts without the accents. I do get about 25% more search hits with the diacritics, though. — Andy W. (talk · ctb) 04:46, 14 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
