Worthing station was officially called 'Worthing Central' in the 1950s, at a time when East Worthing station was called 'Ham Street Halt'.
The florist
I have removed the reference to the florist shop on the concourse, as it closed down during 2006 and was demolished in mid-November. Hassocks5489 13:20, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
