In 2015 December, Alphonce began working as a house keeper with [1]. He served in that position until November when his dad died then went in upcountry for 2 months In 2017, Alphonce began working as a keeper with Kenya Kazi Facilities Management and was deployed in EABL Kenya Nairobi. He served in that position until January 2018, when he decided to come up with his own ideas and plan his future that is when he started Joja Info Tech Solutions currently Alphonce is working as Translator with Driver Pack Solutions [2] as a part time job and also working on goodreads data [3]
In March 2018, he was elected as the CEO of the Netrix Group Kenya by then Netrix was an emerging new company
Philanthropy
Having gone through hard times and a lot of challenges, Alphonce's desire and dream is to motivate, encourage and mentor young entrepreneurs and start-ups to pursue. He has been organizing workshops for young entrepreneurs across Kenya with speakers from all parts of Kenya.
