I am a Wikipedia user living in Portland, Oregon. I am female and currently 28 years old. I work as a software engineer. When I'm not getting worked up over government blunders, I enjoy playing Irish music on the tin whistle.

Current Issues

Once in a while I take particular issue with the goings-on around me. In this case it was SOPA / PIPA that woke me from my apathetic slumber and drove me to add my vote to the possible Wikipedia blackout next Wednesday Jan 18th, 2012 to protest these bills. As a side note and as a non-native American citizen, I still can't believe how legislators are openly bribed through lobbying. In my opinion this should be illegal.
