Hello:
My computer has died and I am not likely to be able to finish this until Wednesday. Just wanted to let you know in case you were wondering why the c/e is taking so long.

Reflist|colwidth
"colwidth" use in the reflist template is deprecated. It's also unnecessary to add "30em" or anything else since "reflist" on its own will now put it into columns automatically. --Jennica✿ / talk 17:14, 4 September 2017 (UTC)

Madeline (video game series) - another crack?
Hi Aoba47, amazing work with The Madness of King Scar. I just wanted to ask if you'd be interested in taking another crack at Madleine to take it up to GA? Now that we've both had time to sit backa nd reflect, it'll be much easier to objectively slice and dice the article to a nice finished state. The research phase was crazy and hectic for me, and now all it needs is to be trimmed down and copyedited. There's both a peer review and GA nomination that have some very good tips and tricks. To be perfectly honest, the task seems daunting for me, but I would love to see it reach the finish line, and I'll help in any way I can.
Thoughts? :D --Coin945 (talk) 01:26, 5 September 2017 (UTC)
- It may also be useful to use the pre-Dig deeper revision as a starting point. Though their work was amazing, it does exclude things that are of importance like the various awards the series has won, and the platforms the games were released on.--Coin945 (talk) 01:41, 5 September 2017 (UTC)
- @Coin945: Thank you for your message! I did really enjoy our time working together on this project. I feel like you did a majority of the heavy-lifting and work on this one lol. I would ideally like to see this get to the GA level someday, but I will have to decline the opportunity to work on this again as I simply do not have the time to adequately dedicate to the article's improvement and revisions. I have several off-line things going on that require a majority of my attention, and I am primarily reserving my time on here for smaller projects. I wish you all of the luck with this though, and I am very sorry that I cannot help you further with this. A peer review would be a good idea for a starting point once you feel comfortable to put it up there. It would be nice to have this article be an example of what edutainment can be on here. I hope you are having a wonderful start of your week, and hopefully, we can stay in contact and work together in the future when I am less busy. Aoba47 (talk) 01:53, 5 September 2017 (UTC)

DYK for Sleeping with the One I Love
On 8 September 2017, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Sleeping with the One I Love, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Fantasia's single "Sleeping with the One I Love" was described as "five minutes of slow-burning flame"? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Sleeping with the One I Love. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Sleeping with the One I Love), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Barge of the Dead
I was gonna do it but didn't Adityavagarwal already did the source review? Good luck with the article.Tintor2 (talk) 17:43, 8 September 2017 (UTC)
- @Tintor2: Adityavagarwal already did a source review for the FAC, but Sarastro1 raised concerns about a few of the sources that were cited (i.e. Jammer's Reviews, TrekToday, and The Futon Critic). I have removed the Jammer's Reviews source, and I have explained why I believe that TrekToday and The Futon Critic would be acceptable in this context. I just thought maybe some feedback from another user on this matter may be helpful. Hope that makes sense, and thank you for your kind words. I am trying my best with it lol. My biggest change was that, in hunting down the source of the breathe/breath typo, I found that Tamar Braxton didn't actually say either, at least in the YouTube interview the article was based on.

Charmed
Hello Aoba, I hope you're doing well. Now I know Wikipedia isn't exactly the best place to have a chat with someone but meh, what the hell, you are my favorite editor. I understand that you probably wish to keep your private life private so don't worry, I'm only gonna ask light-hearted questions. :P So, I guess the obvious question considering the name of this section is: Are you a fan of Charmed? Also, how come out every character in the show you chose to improve Billie's, Christy's and Kyra's articles? Were they your favorite characters? PanagiotisZois (talk) 16:58, 2 October 2017 (UTC)
- Hey there. And feel free to chat with me anytime you would like so don't worry about that. I actually am a fan of Charmed; I used to watch it all the time with my mom when it was still airing on television and it is still one of my favorite shows. It actually has shaped a lot about what I want to do with my own writing in the future. Also, I am planning on getting back into art and I am going to do some sketches/drawings from the show (I am thinking of making a Tumblr account to motivate me to do better so I will keep you informed on that front if you are interested). As for the articles, I chose to improve those for Billie and Christy as I was interesting in learning more about their development and reception. I actually really disliked those two characters and their storylines in the final season, but I still wanted to learn a little more about them. Also, they are easier articles to improve as they only appeared for a season and have more limited coverage in comparison to the main characters. I would love to work on the articles for the main four sisters, but I know it will take a lot more work. I enjoyed Kyra as a character, primarily because she was played by Charisma Carpenter and Cordelia Chase is one of my favorite characters from Buffy/Angel. I was sad to see the character go as I would have liked to see more of her on the series. My favorite main characters would have to either Cole Turner or Paige Matthews, though I do have a lot of love for The Seer from season four as she was the best villain in my opinion. Sorry for the super long post; I know I ramble a lot lol. What do you think of the show and the characters? I would be interested to hear your feedback on it. Aoba47 (talk) 18:43, 2 October 2017 (UTC)
- Trust me Aoba, if there's one person who doesn't get bored of talking a lot about Charmed, it's me. I've actually been watching the show ever since I was a kid, more or less. I was born more or less about a year before it started xD. In Greece, it aired often on the network Star. I actually remember watching a few episodes as a young kid but was too little to remember much. I didn't actually start "really" watching it until around 2007-08 if I'm not mistaken. It was the first TV show I was genuinely invested in. I was one of those kids that watched TV just for the sake of watching something. But not Charmed, I was pretty much obsessed with it :P. I began watching from season one (after I bought the DVDs I realized the first episode I watched was the third) up until the fifth season when it was unfortunately switched with House M.D.. Prue's death is still probably one of my biggest WTF moments ever. (See I ramble too xD) Some time after that I bough the DVD: first seasons 2 to 4, then 1 and 5 and lastly the final 3 seasons. What's funny is that since my English wasn't that good when I started the series I had trouble remembering the characters names; Piper was actually the first one who's name I could remember. Which is ironic as ever since I was a kid she's been my favorite character. My mum's as well. I guess now as an adult I still think she went through the biggest and, in my personal / biased(?) opinion, best character development out of everyone in the series. I've also always loved her Molecular Combustion power. That and Telekinesis are some of my favorite abilities. Wow this is a long post. I think creating a Tumblr account would be a great idea to share your writings and, even moreso, your art (Tumblr LOVES art). I already have an account if you need some help with that. PanagiotisZois (talk) 20:52, 2 October 2017 (UTC)
- Thank you for the message! I agree that Piper was definitely one of the best characters in terms of character development. It is cool to watch the pilot episode and then one of the later ones to see how confident and in controle she became. Prue's death was certainly something, and that episode was so intense and one of my favorites. It was so different for the show and very well acted. Seasons 3 and 4 definitely are my favorite and I feel like were the peak of the show in my opinion. I have made a Tumblr in the past so I know how it works, but it is more about my lack of confidence. I think I will just do one day soon and keep working on it. Everyone sucks at something before they get good at it after all lol so I will just keep practicing to better my skills. If ever want to talk anything Charmed-related, I am definitely your guy. I know far too much about the series than I probably should lol. Aoba47 (talk) 22:10, 2 October 2017 (UTC)

Re-using sources
Hey there! Just a quick question I wanted to ask an editor I work with regularly; have you been having any trouble or noticed anything different when it comes to trying to reuse sources in the same article on Wikipedia? Or is it just me.--Changedforbetter (talk) 05:47, 10 October 2017 (UTC)
- I have been having difficulty over the past few days when I try to use the tool during the visual editor. To work around it, I had to go into source editing and do everything manually. That is odd that you are also having the same problem; I thought it was an issue on my end for some reason. Hopefully, it corrects itself. It is a strange issue.
