Proposed deletion of The Stonekeeper's Curse

The article The Stonekeeper's Curse has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable comic.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. reddogsix (talk) 02:54, 29 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I wanted to let you know that your recent edit(s) to the Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (film) plot summary have been removed because they added a significant amount of unneeded detail. Please avoid excessive detail and high word counts when editing plot summaries/synopses. You may read the plot summary edit guides to learn more about contributing constructively to plot summaries/synopses. There are also specific guidelines for films, musicals, television episodes, anime/manga, novels and non-fiction books. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. -- DonIago (talk) 14:32, 6 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, CodeEditor123, I'm here from WP:RRTF. First off, I'd like to thank you for your ambitious creation of an article! Our offer of membership still stands, if you're interested.

Unfortunately, there are a few things I need to let you know. To begin with, in its current state your article is a candidate for speedy deletion because of its lack of references (particularly non-primary sources). References and a larger real-world reception section are needed to help establish notability, one of the most important qualities of a good Wikipedia article.

You also should be aware that RRTF has an article draft in progress, Draft:The Sword of Summer. This is why we have a redirect in place -- The Sword of Summer -- which I assume you noticed, as you named your article "The Sword of Summer (novel)". We are working to get our article through Wikipedia:Articles for creation review, because once it passes that it will (by definition) have no problems with content, or referencing, or notability.

The AFC's article wizard allows users to search for other articles on their topic (which can also be done using the everything option on Wikipedia's search bar), and also gives them the option of making a draft or using their sandbox to prep the article. Drafts are then reviewed by a team similarly to how Good-quality articles are selected. Right now your article is filled with redundant information already better covered by the draft and/or List of characters in mythology novels by Rick Riordan. This is why Wikipedia recommends all new articles be created through AFC: there are much fewer redundant or poor-quality articles that way.

I encourage you to see our forum post about your article, and to work to improve your own. Please be aware that we or other editors may edit or otherwise influence your article, and it is by no means a comment on you or your abilities. Thanks so much for taking the initiative! If you need to contact me, leave a message on either the RRTF forum or my personal talk page. Happy editing! -- 2ReinreB2 (talk) 22:03, 24 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
