I see that you were asking about the protection on Chevrolet Corvette. If you look at the article history you'll see that there have been a number of instances of blatant vandalism, and that (rather than your edits to the article) is what gave rise to the imposition of semi-protection. You will be able to edit the article again when your account is autoconfirmed, and that will happen when you have made one more edit (which if need be can be here to acknowledge that you've seen this message).
