Hi, I have significantly modified this article, as it was deleted earlier. I would like feedback on the changes before I move the article to the mainspace. I am open to any changes. I see that no-one has yet offered any comments in response to your {{helpme}}. Looking at the advice in So you made a userspace draft I suggest you post at Wikipedia:Requests for feedback.
