AHIG chart positions
I don't know if there is any ruling on it but I think it's kind of redundant to add 3 kind of sub-category charts when they got the number 1 spot for the overall album chart. So no I don't believe they are worthy of the article, but I'm not sure what the general consensus is and with the fact that there are a lot of charts already on the article I wouldn't suggest adding these kind of not worthy charts. Signature personalization
I left a response to your question on the help desk. - Mgm|(talk) 08:54, 8 November 2008 (UTC) Please go to your preferences and put the following code in your signature box:
<div id="TorqueSig">Torque3000 (talk)</div>
When you've done that, make sure raw signature is selected and save the new settings. Together with the new css I added, this should make your sig black (if you're logged in). - Mgm|(talk) 10:13, 8 November 2008 (UTC)
- What skin do you use to display Wikipedia? - Mgm|(talk) 11:51, 8 November 2008 (UTC)
- Try copying the following code to your signature preference (keep raw signature selected):
<font color="black">Torque3000</font> (<font color="black">talk</font>)
Will only work on new signatures. It appears as Torque3000 (talk) Please let me know if this works. If it does, I will remove the css I used previously. - Mgm|(talk) 10:15, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
- You can not only use the color name, but also hexadecimal colors as described in Web colors.
- You can use pretty much any type of font as long as you have it installed on the computer you're using. If you choose something obscure though, it might display differently or not at all to other users, so you should probably stick with the more common fonts. - Mgm|(talk) 16:29, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
Slipknot Project Roll Call
In an attempt to breath life back in to the Project I am arranging a Roll Call and will begin making arrangement for group initiatives throughout the coming months. Just so the Project can keep an updated list of people who continue to contribute to the Project a Roll Call will happen from time to time. It is understood that over time, users may have lost interest in the Project or Wikipedia all together; if you have, it's no big deal. If you would like to keep contributing to the project please sign the list here. If you do not add your name to the list by January 16, you will become an "Inactive member", this will bar you from voting in the AoF, as well as receiving the monthly newsletter. Remember, if you ever want to join the project again, you are always welcome!!! REZTER TALK ø 01:42, 2 January 2010 (UTC)

Apologies to the editors for the lack of project activity in the past couple of months. But let's forget about that and move forward, we've had great success as a project so far and continue to improve articles. I would like to take this opportunity to remind editors that the main premise of this WikiProject is to bring editors together and collaborate on improving articles related to Slipknot. Editors are encouraged to address objectives mentioned on the project to-do list and arrange collaborations with other project members on the project talk page. If you want to work on an article but want help from other editors, ask for it here.
Slipknot recently concluded touring in support of their 2008 album All Hope Is Gone and released a short-film alongside the single "Snuff". Band members have begun working with their side-projects again, including Stone Sour and Dirty Little Rabbits, albums are expected from both of those bands in 2010. |

Reviewer
Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.
For the guideline on reviewing, see Wikipedia:Reviewing. Being granted reviewer rights doesn't change how you can edit articles even with pending changes. The general help page on pending changes can be found here, and the general policy for the trial can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. -FASTILY (TALK) 00:55, 20 August 2010 (UTC)
Hi. As you recently commented in the straw poll regarding the ongoing usage and trial of Pending changes, this is to notify you that there is an interim straw poll with regard to keeping the tool switched on or switching it off while improvements are worked on and due for release on November 9, 2010. This new poll is only in regard to this issue and sets no precedent for any future usage. Your input on this issue is greatly appreciated. Off2riorob (talk) 23:51, 20 September 2010 (UTC)
Roll Call August 2014
With the fifth album just weeks away and loads of information is being released concerning the album, singles, tours etc. I would like as many people as possible to join in to help get some more of Slipknot's articles in the Good Article section and even help push the main page as a featured article. It is understood that over time, users may have lost interest in the Project or Wikipedia all together; if you have, it's no big deal. If you would like to keep contributing to the project please sign the list.
