The result was redirect to Housing cooperative#India. There's some sort of consensus that this content isn't quite suited for its own article as is, and several different suggestions as to where it should go (if at all). I'm not sure if this is the best target, though it seems to be a good fit - if anyone thinks there's a better place, please retarget it there. Content is unsourced, but if sources are found, it can be merged in, and if sufficient sources are found for a standalone article, feel free to rewrite the article. ansh 666 08:34, 4 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Homeowner association is clearly about the USA. Attempts to deal with this topic on a global basis seem unlikely to succeed. This article is a good example of a lot of unsubstantiated assertions, presumably taken from the context in which it was written. We already have many articles, see Category:Housing organizations. Delete - simply a short essay, which is basically WP:OR. I think if someone had the inclination, and reliable sourcing were to be found, Newslinger's idea of redirecting to Homeowner association, and having a section there dealing with the concept on a global basis, might be the way to go.
