  • Delete- I'm not seeing the notability. The reliable sources only mention him in passing. . It's not quite clear from the opening sentence what it is he does, or is notable for. The opening sentence appears to be asserting his notability rather than proving it. . I'm not seeing anything significant. The tone of the piece suggests this is a vanity article - and it was created by a single purpose account. I'm inclined to support a delete unless somebody turns up something more significant.   • Delete - None of the sources in the article provide significant coverage of the subject and a search in factiva for better references has turned up nothing for this particular Robert Vinson. SmartSE (talk) 14:43, 9 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete I can only find that he was candidate for a member of the City Council, not for Mayor. (not that he would have been notable as a candidate for mayor, but there is a difference--I see he worked on someone else's campaign for mayor--perhaps that's the source of the confusion).
