File:Auburn-high-class-1926.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Lissoy (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Claimed as US federal government, because the photo was "taken by an agent of the Alabama Cooperative Extension Service, funded through the federal Smith-Lever Act". Receiving federal funding does not make the ACES a unit of the federal government. (No verifiable source given.) Wikiacc () 01:07, 16 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Claimed US federal government, but the map was generated by and obtained from a State of Texas-run GIS website. Wikiacc () 01:09, 16 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

File:Cashcoke.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Hexhand (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Tagged US federal government, with no evidence it was created by the US federal government. Permission states only "this was a free image circulating the news groups". Wikiacc () 01:20, 16 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

File:CDII3FCUkAAmqLM.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Sshaw9 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Tagged US federal government, but the work of a local police department. Uploader claims "free domain image (confirmed with Colorado Springs Police Department via personal email)" but without license details. Wikiacc () 01:25, 16 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - Invalid public domain reasoning. A local police department is not a US federal government department. No evidence of permission provided for any alternate free license. -- Whpq (talk) 11:07, 16 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

File:Charles Adair.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Ggrahamt75 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Tagged US federal government, but no evidence given at source that the photo was created by the US federal government. Metadata states "CREDIT: Family Photo". Wikiacc () 01:27, 16 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - EXIF information shows it a family photo and not US government work as claimed. Conversion to fair use might be consideration, but given that the subject was a US ambassador, there might be free images that are US government works. -- Whpq (talk) 11:09, 16 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Uploader is claiming to be the copyright holder. However, the same claim has been made for many other images, all of which are copyright violations. No good reason to believe he is the copyright holder for this image. Whpq (talk) 10:56, 16 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The file is under a 'self' license, but the information on the file description pages suggests otherwise. Source: fanpage (facebook), author: equipe, permission: self. The file also appears in some online magazines. Violetbonmua (talk) 11:15, 16 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
