No. This draft was created before the main space incarnation that was last deleted, and hasn't been worked on since. Although the draft is more fleshed out than the main space article ever was, it still wouldn't survive in main space. ~Anachronist (talk) 20:28, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Weak Keep per WP:NMFD.
