- Improper license. This appears to be the badge of a military unit, and as such, all images and/op derivatives of said badge must be licensed under the copyright tags of their respective origin military bodies. The United States releases unit insignias into the public domain, however I can find no proof that this is a US military insignia, and there is no image description for this object. (Also, semi-related, if this is fair use but not free use, it is worth noting that this image is currently unused.) Sven Manguard Wha? 00:43, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Cover of a magazine. I doubt that the uploader has the right to release this as PD-self, even if he is an agent of the artist. As for fair use, this image has been unused since being uploaded. Sven Manguard Wha? 02:48, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete: Most likely not the uploaders own work, however as with many uploader who scan/take a photo of magazine covers they most likely felt it was "their own work". Could be speedied as a copyvio as well. Currently not used in any articles. Soundvisions1 (talk) 18:57, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Suburban-gm-1234.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- What looks like a promo image of a Chevrolet Suburban, source, author and permission are all "GM". Claimed cc-by, doubt GM has released under this license Acather96 (talk) 07:02, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- NOTE: I just noticed the uploader removed the tag to this discussion and also noticed the uploader changed the ccl to a non-free tag. As such I am going to move this over to IfD. Soundvisions1 (talk) 01:43, 22 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- All unused. I started to list these at IfD but saw various years listed. No real source or author is given for any of them, doubtful any of these were created by the uploader. Soundvisions1 (talk) 12:04, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete All The NewHolland files, at the very least, indicate that when this uploader says "PD-Self" it really means "Copyvio" and that does not bode well for the rest of the things listed here, which are plausable copyvios and are unused. Sven Manguard Wha? 20:44, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Unused image with a "banner" box stating "Ani Anam Tourist Attraction". The file page "Summary" is a little "article" about Umueze Anam. Uploader appears to have only contributed this image in 2007 and never did anything else. Soundvisions1 (talk) 12:42, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Unauthorized derivative work, a Playhouse Disney logo, but contains the text: Made by Eliolb97. Acather96 (talk) 17:41, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete: Also a copyvio as it is a non-free logo that was modified and upped under the claim of "created this work entirely by myself." (see first upload in May 2010) Soundvisions1 (talk) 18:53, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Pt. Bhimsen Joshi.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- I'm all for AGF, but the uploader has already uploaded image copyright violations this year and has not responded to a request for clarification about this image made on December 10 - this image upload may infringe on the rights of a photographer or agency, as this is very clearly a studio portrait of Bhimsen Joshi.
