The 11th commandment:

"Thou shalt not block for being mocked."

Often, disruptive users start throwing about annoyed comments that can be interpreted as making fun of an administrator. Instead of blocking them for their worthless comment, why not ignore it? You were elected as an administrator due to the fact that you can keep your cool under stress, so why not demonstrate that fact? By blocking the disruptive user, you are making a mountain out of a molehill, and it will do nothing to relieve the situation. Just ignore it, and the "threat" will die off with no adverse effects.
