Welcome to the JD curriculum task force of WikiProject Law
CASEBOOK subpages
This list seeks to group casebooks into the recognizable categories of course title & year. Please propose potentially confusing changes at the talk page.
I think we might eventually settle for broader categories, e.g. "corporate classes," "1L classes," "constitutional classes", "intellectual property," "international law," "litigation," etc.

Analysis.
|
Young caselaw articles should, at bare minimum, consist of case briefs. WP:SCOTUS employs the following article outline, and we should not diverge from it without their consensus. (In the long run, WP:LAW should have a "manual of style task force"/"Wikibluebook task force", whose members determine the standards for article layout, citation usage, template usage, etc. for all law-related content.)

Featured/Good content
Since few of our articles are of broad public interest, I currently feel (July 28 2009) that we should be aiming to bring articles up to "Good Article" status. Once we establish a consensus on the discussion page, we'll revise this text to be more objective.
