Nori Bunasawa

I am personally famaliar with much contained in this article and can attest to its veracity. Deletion of this article would be injust. 2601:58B:D82:16D0:C938:537C:CE0F:DE47 (talk) 23:58, 29 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

My name is Willard Robertson, Jr. I am the son of Willard Robertson who is mentioned in the second paragraph of the "Career" section of Sensei Bunasawa's Wikepedia article. I can personally affirm that my father created multiple large dojos including the Ichiban Sports Facility ("Ichiban") in Rogers Arkansas as well as the Ichiban Training Camp ("Camp") in Missouri.
I can make no comment regarding the value of these facilities. However, I can confirm that in the mid 70(s) my father did select Sensei Bunasawa to be the head judo instructor for both Ichiban and Camp. Consistently since the mid 70(s), I have heard all of the events reported in the "Biography" section and have no reason whatsoever to doubt their authenticity.
I can further assure your readers that we, remaining Robertsons, have been delighted to have known Sensei Bunasawa and feel our lives have been enriched by that association.
Gratefully for your time spent reading my comments,
Willard Robertson 66.176.2.85 (talk) 19:07, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
