You can normally find advice from the help link. In this case, the template does not recognize "11-Nov-2024" as a valid date. "11-11-2024" would work, but it's preferable to write out the date in whichever standard format your article uses, as in "11 November 2024" or "November 11, 2024". You can find more info at MOS:DATES. For the journal error, you must provide the name of the journal (or newspaper or magazine, for example) in the citation or you will get this error. I think you actually should use a different citation template here, as the source does not seem to be a journal; {{cite web}} would probably work for this.
