Bass Hill, an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of New South Wales was created in 1962 and abolished in 1991.[1][2][3]

Bass Hill was a new seat that was notionally a safe Labor seat.[16]

  1. ^ Since the two-party preferred count was not conducted for Bass Hill in 1984,[6] the two party preferred swing at the by-election cannot be calculated precisely. ABC election analyst Antony Green estimates a two party preferred swing of 17.5% towards the Liberal Party.[7]
