Summary

Description
English: Amtrak non powered control unit (NPCU) #406 at the Perryville, Maryland, station as part of the 40th Anniversary Exhibit Train. Built in 1988 by General Motor's Electro-Motive Division as F40PH #406, the unit was rebuilt in 2011 at Amtrak's Beech Grove, Indiana, facility.
