fair use in Appointment with Death
[edit]This image, Appointment_with_Death_First_Edition_Cover_1938.jpg is being uploaded here; though the picture is subject to copyright I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because the use of a single cover "to illustrate an article discussing the book in question" is allowed. The image has been reduced in size and cropped to prevent further facsimiles being made. The artist of the image is Robin McCartney, a friend of Christie in the 1930s. This scan is purely for linking to the Wikipedia article on the novel Appointment with Death by Agatha Christie and no other use should be made of it.
