English: Arms identified as belonging to the Byzantine Emperor Andronikos II Palaiologos (r. 1282-1328), formerly located on a tower above the harbour of Kumkapi in Constantinople (Istanbul).
Date sometime in 1859-1884, when Walker made a series of such sketches of Istanbul's sea walls
