Summary

Description
English: An overview of Asakusa Station (present-day Tokyo Skytree Station) on the Tobu Isesaki Line in Tokyo shortly after the completion of electrification in 1927. The platforms to the left are for local trains, with a DeHa1 type EMU car visible, the platforms in the middle are for long-distance trains, and the platforms on the right are for freight. The engine shed is visible in the distance at the top left of the photo.
