Description
English: Émile Fayolle, Marshal of France, being awarded the flag of Canada's Royal 22e Régiment on the Plains of Abraham in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. Fayolle had been sent to Canada on a mission of gratitude for Canada's assistance to France during the First World War and to gift to the country a bronze Rodin bust named "La France".
Français : Déploiement du drapeau du Royal 22e régiment canadien-français au Maréchal de France, Émile Fayolle, aux Plaines d'Abraham, Québec (Québec, Canada). Fayolle est chargé de conduire au Canada une mission de gratitude pour son aide durant la Première Guerre mondiale et remet au gouvernement de ce pays un buste en bronze d'Auguste Rodin baptisé «La France».
