- The image is of the cover of a Top 20 single and is intended for wide distribution. The video itself and the puppets in the screenshot were readily shown for promotional purposes on MTV, VH1, and other music related television channels. The video eventually was nominated for an MTV Video of the Year award and a Grammy.
- The screenshot is of lower resolution and quality than the original picture.
- No free or public domain images have been located to represent this subject.
- The screenshot does not limit the copyright owners' rights to reproduce the image, the video, or the single's contents in any way.

- It is believed that the use of this image on the English-language Wikipedia to illustrate an article on the audio recording in question falls under the "Non-profit educational" clause of the Fair Use doctrine currently upheld by United States law. (17 U.S.C. § 107)
- The image is irreplaceable; a free analogue is impossible to produce as the original will be covered by copyright for the foreseeable future
- Owing to the limited web-resolution of the image, only a small portion of a copyrighted work is used
