The article is worse off without this photo, as Mark Brendanawicz was a major role for only 2 seasons of Parks and Recreationn, and is not one commonly known. Therefore little is known to many about the character, much less what he looks like.

Parks and Recreation is a series with copyrights. So far the only available image on wikipedia close to identifying the character is a selfie of Paul Schneider, found on the list of parks and recreations character. This is an official promotional art of him in character and would serve better.
