Government of Ontario for the contour, and I created myself the number.
Public domain, as it is based on a work of the Ontario government first displayed over 50 years ago.
Note: The {{jct}} and {{jcon}} templates are expecting an SVG image named in a form like Ontario 2.svg (substituting highway numbers as appropriate) in order to generate icons in junction tables (for instance, Ontario Street). For this to work, the 95/96 icons must be named Ontario 95.svg or Ontario 96.svg (respectively). It may be easiest just to take Ontario 2.svg and change the number in Inkscape or a similar editor instead of attempting PNG -> SVG conversion of this image.
