Description
English: On 8 April 1945, 200 Soviet prisoners of war were forced to dig their own graves and murdered in Hanover-Wuelfel. The photograph was taken on 2 May when United States Army personnel forced members of the Nazi Party to rebury the victims and local Germans to watch.
