Description
Español: Este es el primer documento conocido en el que aparecen símbolos rongo-rongo. Estos fueron dibujados por 3 jefes rapanui para firmar la anexión de la Isla de Pascua a la Corona española el 20 de noviembre de 1770. La expedición fue comandada por Felipe González Haedo, un oficial de la Armada Española veterano de la Guerra del Asiento o de la Oreja de Jenkins.
English: This is the first known document in which rongo-rongo symbols are shown. This symbols were drafted by 3 Rapanui chiefs to sign the anexion of the Easter Island to the Spanish Crown on November 20th 1770. The expedition was led by Felipe González Haedo, a Spanish naval officer veteran of the Jenkins Ear War.
