ไทย: ตราประจำจังหวัดสุโขทัย กรมศิลปากรออกแบบภาพลายเส้นเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2483 ปัจจุบันดวงตรานี้มีฐานะเป็นเครื่องหมายราชการ ตามประกาศสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เรื่อง กำหนดภาพเครื่องหมายราชการ ตามพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายราชการ พุทธศักราช 2482 (ฉบับที่ 214) [ว่าด้วยการกำหนดเครื่องหมายราชการประจำจังหวัด 75 จังหวัด] โดยมีรายละเอียดปลีกย่อยที่แตกต่างไปจากแบบดวงตราดั้งเดิมอยู่เล็กน้อย คือ มีการเพิ่มชื่อจังหวัดไว้ภายในขอบล่างของดวงตรา แลนำพนักพิงของพระแท่นมนังคศิลาบาตรออกไป ภาพตราที่ปรากฏในที่นี้อิงตามลักษณะที่ปรากฏในราชกิจจนุเบกษา โดยดัดแปลงจาก File:Seal of Sukhothai Province (color version, Thai Fine Art Department).svg ลงสีโดยใช้แบบสีของกรมศิลปากร ซึ่งกำหนดแบบไว้เมื่อ พ.ศ. 2521 (ตามหลักฐานที่ปรากฏในหอจดหมายเหตุแห่งชาติ)
