Description |
"Grocery delivery boy Ralph Swanson was a prosecution witness and stated Aimee Semple McPherson answered the door when he delivered groceries to a home there. He noted the large brilliant and compelling eyes; and thick ankles of the woman at the Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA cottage. As with all other witnesses who likewise said they saw the evangelist at Carmel, he did not make any attempt to claim the $25,000 offered for her return." |
