From english Wikipedia.

Yichang Bridge, a suspension bridge over Chang Jiang (Yangtze) river near the downstream approach to the Gezhouba Dam locks.

For the English wikipedia bridge article.

After the collapse of the Tacoma Narrows bridge the use of plate girder decks fell into disuse. Modern aerodynamic analysis and models have shown that with proper shape and stiffness that this material can be safely applied to this use. Note the sharp entry edge.
