Partially recognized states

If the partially recognized states Kosovo and Northern Cyprus are included, why aren't Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Transnistria and Nagorno-Karabakh?--WhyHellWhy (talk) 03:19, 5 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
