I understand most of this map is currect, but can someone explain me what the heck is: "ARABU TRIBES"? since they were never mentioned in Hebrew Bible or in any other source I have read.--DXRD (talk) 15:58, 6 December 2010 (UTC)
You can also wonder about the Philistine "States" while the right word would be Poleis or city-states given those were more likely Greek settlements just like many others all over the Mediterranean Sea. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.135.61.125 (talk) 23:35, 8 June 2012 (UTC)
- Doubtful as the Philistine's Aegean cultural connections are likely Mycenean, not the Greeks in the sense you mean, e.g. those after the Greek Dark Age. Philistines were already settled on the Coastal Plain by the end of the Bronze Age. Greek colonization came centuries later. My question is, who are the Sizu on the map? What source mentions them? 67.161.254.8 (talk) 14:35, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
