It became a [[Secondary Modern]] in 1944, a Warwickshire High School in 1957, a 12 – 18 [[comprehensive school|Comprehensive]] in 1976 and an 11 – 18 school in 1994. Students with older brothers or sisters in the school are put into the same house. The Longest Servering Teacher was Miss Audrey Pink who retired in 2003 after 34 years, However she was over taken by Mr Geoff Williams who served for 35 years before retiring in July 2009.
