He has business operations in the UK and Bangladesh. He is a prominent community activist in the UK, heavily involving himself in race relations, voluntary work and social justice. He is one of the founding directors and the current Vice Chair of the Edinburgh Mela. He expanded the restaurant business to more locations and currently has many interests in the [[UK]] and [[Bangladesh]]. Foysol channelled his expertise in promoting the interest of the restaurant and catering trade as the Chairman of the [[Guild of Bangladeshi Restaurateurs]] of Scotland and as one of the founding members of the [[Dine Bangladeshi Campaign]]. ==Community work== Foysol has been doing in charity and volunteer work since he was a teenager and currently plays a leading role in several charities. He campaigns for equality and good race and inter faith relations in [[Edinburgh]] and the [[Lothians]] with the [[ELREC|Edinburgh and the Lothians Regional Equality Council]]. He plays an unofficial role of providing guidance and support to members of communities and new migrants settling to a new life in Scotland.
