In [[Summer Eights]], the men have held the Headship on eight occasions, regaining this position in 2018, after having last achieved it in 1977. Both the men's and women's 1st VIII crews have consistently raced in the top division of Summer Eights. The men's first boat is now Head of the River for Summer VIIIs, after bumping [[Christ Church, Oxford | Christ Church]] and burying [[Oriel College, Oxford| Oriel]]. The second and third boats are also active and successful, often achieving blades in lower divisions. The women's first Torpid is currently at a peak of 5th on the River, after bumping in fourteen consecutive races.
