Policy says otherwise. When I informed Customer Support of this threat they told me they wouldn't provide me full refund because Diego REFUSED to give it up. Disappointed and out of money yet they will continue to let Diego host. Airbnb is bad and they dont even abide by their own policies. i dont care about your policy because you dont care about it yourself. Diego humiliated me and made me feel unsafe to stay at his property. he even told me he doesn't serve guests like me after we had a misunderstanding. Considering you are a founder, i don't think you instilled disrespect in your brands core values. I would like a full refund in return to never use your program again. They closed my case. I would like it reopened and rectified before legal action of discrimination will take place. <ref>{{cite web |url=http://www.risd.edu/About/News/Gebbia_Thinks_Big/ |title=Archived copy |accessdate=2016-05-07 |deadurl=yes |archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20170130040103/https://www.airbnb.co.uk/about/founders |archivedate=2017-01-30 |df= }}</ref> Gebbia got a job at [[Chronicle Books]] in San Francisco,<ref>{{Cite web|title = Joe Gebbia|url = http://www.fastcompany.com/person/joe-gebbia|website = Fast Company|access-date = 2016-02-11|language = en-US}}</ref> while Chesky moved to Los Angeles.
