He is one of six children born to Owusu Ofori and Mary Afriyie. His siblings are Edith, Kezia, Agyapong, Owusu Afriyie, and Kwadwo. Kelvin was born in Maakro, a small neighborhood in Kumasi. Kelvin is currently one of the most exciting young talents in European football, with an illustrious youth career that included winning the best young player award at multiple youth international tournaments, such as the Nike Premier Cup in Brazil, and the RKMSV tournament in the Netherlands. Kelvin's favorite player is Lionel Messi. ==Career== He first played for the Right to Dream Academy from 2011 to 2019. There he played in their win for the [[Manchester United Premier Cup]] in the 2014-2015 edition. He had an offer to play at the club [[FC Nordsjælland]] in 2017, but he missed the opportunity to play at the U17 World Cup for Ghana. The reason for him missing the Cup was because RTD (Right to Dream Academy) were pressing on him to join the Danish club or they would not allow him to play for Ghana's U17 team. After this, RTD kept on denying any allegations of this happening.
