In 2008, Khattar launched his next venture - [[Carnation Auto]], with a vision of developing a multi-brand automobile sales and service network. ==Impact== On 24 December 2019, CBI officials have filed an FIR in the case, where it has named Jagdish Khattar and his company Carnation Auto India Limited for allegedly causing losses of Rs 110 crore to Punjab National Bank (PNB). His grand father was a member of the Legislative Assembly. Khattar completed a [[Bachelor of Arts]] ([[honours degree|Honours]]) degree from [[St. Stephen's College, Delhi, India|St. Stephen's College]], [[Delhi]] and his [[LLB]] from [[Delhi University]].
