==World Junior U20 Team==
Austria made its first Pool A appearance in 1981, and spent several years in Pool B and Pool competition. In 2000, the Austrians defeated Slovenia 6-2 to advance to Pool C. Austria since then came close to advancing past Division I and into the top level at the World Junior Championships. Austria finally qualified for the top level for 2004, by defeating [[Norway]] 6-4 in their final contest. Austria however was relegated back to Division I for 2005. Austria qualified for the World Juniors, which will be staged in Saskatoon and Regina, Canada from December 26 – January 5, 2010

==World Junior U20 Team==
Austria made its first Pool A appearance in 1981, and spent several years in Pool B and Pool competition. In 2000, the Austrians defeated Slovenia 6-2 to advance to Pool C. Austria since then came close to advancing past Division I and into the top level at the World Junior Championships. Austria finally qualified for the top level for 2004, by defeating [[Norway]] 6-4 in their final contest. Austria however was relegated back to Division I for 2005. Austria qualified for the World Juniors, which will be staged in Saskatoon and Regina, Canada from December 26 – January 5, 2010
