The band independently released an EP in 2008.They then gained London Snetsinger in 2009 on bass after several bass member changes. The band changed their style mid 2009, at which time they released an unofficial music video for their song "I'm Not Dead Yet." The video was filmed by Rico Roman of Rico Roman Productions. ===''Cross Your Fingers'' (2009&ndash;2011)=== In late 2009, For All Those Sleeping signed on to [[Fearless Records]] and went into the studio with Cameron Mizell. Also in late summer 2010, the band played the "Short But Sweet" tour supporting [[Asking Alexandria]] along with [[Veil of Maya]]. "Never Leave Northfield" was released as the band's newest single. In fall of 2010, the band performed on the "Average Guys With Exceptional Hair Tour" with [[A Skylit Drive]], [[Motionless in White]], [[Woe, Is Me]], and Scarlett O'Hara, followed by a few winter dates in Japan with [[Breathe Carolina]]. On March 7 the band released a music video for the song "Favorite Liar". On March 11, 2011, the band embarked on the SmartPunk Tour with [[The Word Alive]], [[Upon a Burning Body]], [[Abandon All Ships]], and [[The Color Morale]].
