The new avatar imparts a more local flavour while retaining the ‘unapologetically fun loving, mischievous and boisterous’ character of the channel. The brand refresh has been three-pronged; replete with a new tagline - Hungama Machaya Kya?, a new on-air look and package, and a fresh interactive feel.Supplementing the new look for the channel is a music video featuring kids in a colourful, playful mood, bringing alive emotions they experience in everyday life. The new tagline is based on a recent survey by the channel where it emerged that there are always a few kids in every group who dictate the action and activities of the flock. Hungama decided to highlight these kids through its tagline while inspiring other children to follow their example and live life to the fullest. ==Current shows== Hungama TV airs popular kids anime Like Pokémon , Doraemon, and Shin-Chan which are very popular among kids. Hungama TV focuses on anime for children's aimed at kids and preteens (ages 4–14). Shows like Pokémon, Shin-chan, Doraemon, Detective Conan, Kochikame and etc. were the biggest hits on Hungama TV. Pokémon anime debuted on Hungama TV with Pokémon: Indigo League in May 19, 2014 with a new Hindi dub cast. Since its premiere, the respective time-slot consistently ranked on top among all kids and younger boys. The channel also observed an increase of 15% in total viewership. Furthermore, the anime has been getting an average audience of 57.1 million viewers, 24.2 million of which are children. Hungama TV on its beginning showed 50 percent live action shows and 50 percent animated shows, which is the reason for its success from the channel's beginning. Hungama TV's schedule nearly changes every week. Timings of shows are not stable. Just some programs like Pokémon are fixed. All the programmings are as follows: ===Current programming=== * Doraemon *Pokémon: Indigo League * Shin-chan * Vir The Robot Boy *Jackie Chan Adventures * Monster Kid * Marvo the Wonder Chicken *Chimpui ===Upcoming programming=== ====Season==== *Pokémon: Adventures on the Orange Islands (Starts Tomorrow 11th Sept. 2014 at 1:00 PM Mon-Fri) ====Movies==== *Doraemon The Movie Ye Bhi Tha Nobita Wo Bhi Tha Nobita-King of the Sun (Released only on Disney Channel India yet) *Doraemon The Movie Jadoo Mantar Aur Jahnoom (Released only on Disney Channel India yet) *Pokémon: The First Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back === Former programming === * Are You Afraid of the Dark? (September 15, 2008 - January 19, 2009) * Arthur (TV series) * Digimon Xros Wars (December 12, 2012 - 2013) * Asari-chan * Aaron Stone * Being Ian *B-Daman Crossfire * Chooha Mantar * [[Tottemo! For certain foreign programs that have previously have been dubbed into Hindi, Tamil or Telugu from before, Disney was not able to use the original dubs of some of the programs, such as Pokémon for example, which was originally dubbed by Sound & Vision India in 2003. Disney could not afford the rights to broadcast the original Hindi dub of that anime on the channel, and also it's due to license rights and market competition. Therefore a new dub was created starting off with re-runs of the anime when it premiered on May 19, 2014. New dubs would have to be created for other foreign content as well, for the same reasons. The true reasons for having to create new dubs of foreign programs in-house, is clearly unknown. However, these examples shown can be a good possibility for the reason. ==Movies== Hungama TV has aired many movies, both anime and live-action, but has repeated only the movies of the popular animes Doraemon and Shin Chan dubbed in Hindi- ===Doraemon Movies=== *Doraemon in Nobita's Little Space War(5 December 2010 Hungama TV; 26 December 2010 Disney Channel India) *Doraemon in Nobita's Great Adventure in the South Seas(5 June 2011 Disney Channel India; 27 December 2012 Hungama TV) *Doraemon in Nobita and The Steel Troops - The New Age(6 October 2011 theaters; 6 May 2012 Disney Channel India; 3 May 2013 Hungama TV) *Doraemon: Nobita's Dinosaur(27 November 2011 Disney Channel India; 10 January 2013 Hungama TV) *Doraemon The Movie Nobita's Dorabian Nights(1 December 2012 Disney Channel India; 9 December 2012 Hungama TV) *Doraemon The Movie Nobita's 3 Magical Swordsmen(23 March 2013 Disney Channel India; 25 July 2013 Hungama TV) *Doraemon The Movie Nobita Aur Jadooi Tapu(24 May 2013 theaters; 29th June 2013 Disney Channel India; 1st October 2013 Hungama TV) *Doraemon The Movie Nobita Aur Khel Khilona Bhool Bhullaiya(14 September 2013 Disney Channel India; 12 October 2013 Hungama TV) *Doraemon The Movie Nobita In Jannat No. 1(25 January 2014 Disney Channel India; 10 March 2014 Hungama TV) *Doraemon The Movie Ye Bhi Tha Nobita Wo Bhi Tha Nobita-King of the Sun(28 June 2014 Disney Channel India) *Doraemon The Movie Jadoo Mantar Aur Jahnoom(9 August 2014 Disney Channel India) ===Shin Chan Movies=== *Shin Chan in Treasures Of the Buri Buri Kingdom (17 October 2009) *Shin Chan in Action Kamen vs Higure Rakshas (29 August 2010) *Shinchan in Bungle In The Jungle (1 April 2011 theaters; 22 May 2011 TV) *Shin Chan Movie: Adventures In Henderland (18 December 2011) *Shin Chan in Dark Tama-Tama Thrilling Chase (June 17, 2012) *Shin Chan Movie: The Golden Sword (26 January 2013) * Shin Chan Movie: The Spy (8 June 2013) *[[Crayon Shin-chan: Super-Dimension!
