He now has a family of four, with a wife and two children. His eldest child was named Thomas Prebble, and his second child, was gifted with the name of Georgia Prebble. They are both currently studying at the 'Australian International School Hong Kong', as extremely sporty children that have inherited their father's great talent of sportsmanship. The two are presently thriving happily under the school's warm and caring environment in secondary. ==Career as a jockey== He was a former champion apprentice in Melbourne before he moved to Hong Kong in 2002. His competition with [[Douglas Whyte]] for the 2009–10 Hong Kong Jockeys' Championship was one of the closest in Hong Kong racing history, with Whyte winning 100–99.
